Not only do we have a scratch kitchen, we a scratch bar, as well!
For years we’ve been infusing our flavored vodka and rum and making our own Bloody Mary mix. Now we’re taking the scratch bar idea one step further by making our own simple syrup from freshly squeezed lemons and limes, blending our own margarita mix, and infusing our own bitters.
You’ll notice some new and interesting ingredients behind the bar such as basil, egg whites, ginger and cinnamon. And that means some of your favorite cocktails just got better!
